Elva Cassandra Loncaric is the founder and driving force behind Elva Medical Aesthetics, with over 10 years of experience in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry. Her journey began in 2015 with a focus on Lashes, Permanent Makeup, Laser Treatments, and Skin Care, evolving into the creation of one of Ontario’s most trusted aesthetic clinics and academies.
Elva’s artistic background in makeup and hair laid the foundation for her passion for beauty and transformation. Through dedication and innovation, she grew her home-based business into a full-service clinic and training centre known for excellence, inclusivity, and empowerment. Now with multiple locations and continuing to grow.
Today, Elva is an international trainer, sharing her expertise worldwide, and the Canadian distributor and owner of Idenel Canada, representing luxury Korean medical-grade skincare. Alongside her fiancé, Corey, and as a mother of 2, she continues to expand her vision through Elva Medical Aesthetics, committed to providing advanced treatments and education that help others feel confident, capable, and beautiful inside and out.

Courtney, our dedicated Clinic Manager and Senior Aesthetic Specialist, is an integral part of the Elva Aesthetics team. With over six years of hands-on experience in advanced aesthetic services, Courtney brings exceptional skill, leadership, and care to both her clients and our clinic.
Since joining Elva Aesthetics, Courtney has become a cornerstone of our operations, expertly balancing client care, staff coordination, and the planning of special events with professionalism and warmth. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for aesthetics shine through in everything she does.
From crafting flawless lashes and rejuvenating facials to ensuring the seamless day-to-day flow of our clinic, Courtney’s expertise and positive energy elevate every aspect of the Elva experience. She is truly invaluable to our team and beloved by both clients and colleagues alike.

Savanah
Savannah, our Manager at the Concession location and Senior Technician across all our facilities, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to the family business. Having joined our ranks in 2019, Savannah is deeply committed to harmonizing medical insights with beauty services.
Savannah has a solid academic foundation with a degree in biochemistry from McMaster University. Currently, Savannah is advancing her qualifications by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Savannah offers a range of beauty services, which include lash services, rejuvenating facials, precision brow sculpting, teeth whitening, and state-of-the-art laser services.

Claudia is an accomplished Senior Aesthetician at Elva Medical Aesthetics, embarking on her beauty journey in March 2022. Her passion for lasers and facials led her to pursue advanced training, including an intensive laser course with our partner, Sharplight, and a transformative skincare masterclass.
Claudia quickly became an integral part of our team, earning a reputation as an expert among our discerning clientele. Clients consistently request her services due to her personalized approach, unwavering commitment to their unique needs, and her ability to build meaningful connections.
Claudia's connection to Elva runs deep as she is not only near and dear to the CEO's heart but also her aunt and closest friend. This bond reinforces Claudia's dedication to upholding our values and vision.

Margie
Meet Margarita, a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse who has been working in various healthcare settings since 2010. She has gained invaluable experience on the surgical floor, as a visiting and wellness nurse, and as a hospital care coordinator. Margarita's most significant achievement was completing her Master's Degree in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Toronto in 2019.
Starting her career as a family nurse at a local practice in Stoney Creek, Margarita understands the personal nature of aesthetics and beauty. Building trust is vital, which is why she takes the time to get to know her patients, their medical history, and their goals. By doing so, she ensures that they can work together towards achieving results that will make them happy.
Margarita, or Margie for short, has always had a passion for cosmetics. She pursued her dreams by completing courses on toxins and fillers at the College of Health. She also received training in PRP and lipolysis and had the privilege of mentoring under experienced nurses in the cosmetics industry. These experiences have shaped her into the multi-spa Medical Director she is today.
During your cosmetics injections appointment, Margie will join you over video chat to discuss your health, medical history, and the treatment you are seeking. She will explain all the risks and aftercare involved, ensuring that you are fully informed. Margie will then provide her experienced nurses with the necessary directives to treat you, resulting in phenomenal and natural-looking outcomes.
