Elva Cassandra Loncaric is the founder and driving force behind Elva Medical Aesthetics, with over 10 years of experience in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry. Her journey began in 2015 with a focus on Lashes, Permanent Makeup, Laser Treatments, and Skin Care, evolving into the creation of one of Ontario’s most trusted aesthetic clinics and academies.
Elva’s artistic background in makeup and hair laid the foundation for her passion for beauty and transformation. Through dedication and innovation, she grew her home-based business into a full-service clinic and training centre known for excellence, inclusivity, and empowerment. Now with multiple locations and continuing to grow.
Today, Elva is an international trainer, sharing her expertise worldwide, and the Canadian distributor and owner of Idenel Canada, representing luxury Korean medical-grade skincare. Alongside her fiancé, Corey, and as a mother of 2, she continues to expand her vision through Elva Medical Aesthetics, committed to providing advanced treatments and education that help others feel confident, capable, and beautiful inside and out.

Courtney, our dedicated Clinic Manager and Senior Aesthetic Specialist, is an integral part of the Elva Aesthetics team. With over six years of hands-on experience in advanced aesthetic services, Courtney brings exceptional skill, leadership, and care to both her clients and our clinic.
Since joining Elva Aesthetics, Courtney has become a cornerstone of our operations, expertly balancing client care, staff coordination, and the planning of special events with professionalism and warmth. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for aesthetics shine through in everything she does.
From crafting flawless lashes and rejuvenating facials to ensuring the seamless day-to-day flow of our clinic, Courtney’s expertise and positive energy elevate every aspect of the Elva experience. She is truly invaluable to our team and beloved by both clients and colleagues alike.

Savannah, our Manager at the Concession location and Senior Technician across all our facilities, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to the family business. Having joined our ranks in 2019, Savannah is deeply committed to harmonizing medical insights with beauty services.
Savannah has a solid academic foundation with a degree in biochemistry from McMaster University. Currently, Savannah is advancing her qualifications by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Savannah offers a range of beauty services, which include lash services, rejuvenating facials, precision brow sculpting, teeth whitening, and state-of-the-art laser services.

Tyler
Born and raised in Amherstburg, ON, Tyler has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2019 and a Registered Nurse since 2013. She has experience in medical aesthetics, family practice, mental health and addictions, and oncology. She first explored the aesthetic industry in 2020, formerly working up in London and Kitchener.
Tyler has a strong passion for beauty and skin care, as well as teaching and mentoring.She puts a strong emphasis on safety first, helping her patients understand the scientific "why's and how's" of their treatments, and when providing teaching and clinical direction to her injector clients.
Outside of work, Tyler's two miniature schnauzers occupy about 250% of her time, as they are very loving, but very bossy. When she can, she also loves playing video games, going to the gym, and binge-reading cheesy romantic comedies and thrillers.

Dr. Armando Valdes Rodriguez
Dr. Armando Valdés Rodríguez is a plastic surgeon graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), with training in highly prestigious institutions recognized for academic excellence.
He completed his residency in General Surgery at Hospital General de México and later specialized in Plastic Surgery at Hospital General “Dr. Manuel Gea González”, both leading institutions in medical education and surgical training.
He holds a fellowship in aesthetic facial and body surgery from Universidad La Salle.
Dr. Valdés Rodríguez is also a professor at UNAM, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, actively contributing to the education and training of future physicians and specialists.
His practice focuses on achieving natural and harmonious results, combining surgical expertise with advanced techniques in aesthetic medicine, including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
Here at Elva Medical Aesthetics we will be referring our patients to Dr. Valdes to his practices in Mexico City and Los Cabos, where he provides personalized care under the highest standards of quality, safety, and professional ethics for those who need plastic surgery at a great affordable price.
