This space was created with intention. I began my journey in the aesthetics industry in 2015 as an independent practitioner, building my business from the ground up. Maryam
My name is Maryam Shahzadi, Certified Cosmetic Nurse.
I’m a Registered Practical Nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience, from clinical and hospital settings to management roles — all of which have shaped my strong commitment to patient care, safety, and excellence. My deep passion for aesthetics and overall well-being drives me to help others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
At Aleena Aesthetics, my goal is to provide natural, personalized treatments that enhance your features while maintaining balance and harmony. I believe aesthetics should never be about changing your face — it’s about refining, refreshing, and restoring confidence.
From Botox and fillers to microneedling, skin boosters, and vitamin injections, every service and treatment is performed with precision, safety and care. My mission is to help you achieve healthy, glowing skin and long-lasting confidence from the inside out.

Neda
Nurse Neda began her nursing career after graduating from Mohawk College in 2014, working in mental health at St. Peter’s Hospital. Driven by a passion for both healthcare and beauty, she transitioned into aesthetic medicine and furthered her education by becoming a Medical Aesthetic Practitioner through Centennial College.
She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses, and the Registered Practical Nurses of Ontario. Over the years, she has received extensive training in cosmetic injectables from leading companies and has attended international seminars and workshops led by renowned experts in the field.
In 2021, she founded Bespoke Medical Aesthetics in Grimsby, Ontario. Her clinic focuses on delivering subtle, natural-looking results in a welcoming and scenic environment. With a growing team of skilled nurses, the clinic continues to expand while maintaining a strong emphasis on client experience and high-quality care.
Sara S
Sara St. Lewis,– Advanced Nurse Injector , With years of nursing experience and advanced certifications through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics (CAMA), she brings both medical expertise and an artistic eye to every treatment.
She holds specialized training in: • Advanced botulinum toxin techniques • Dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, lower face contouring, and more) • PRP therapy for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration • Fat-dissolving injections and other advanced injectable procedures
Sara’s philosophy is simple: natural, balanced, and confidence-boosting results. She combines a deep understanding of facial anatomy with the latest evidence-based techniques to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Clients describe her approach as warm, detail-oriented, and personalized—whether you’re coming in for your first lip enhancement or a full facial rejuvenation plan.
When she’s not in the clinic, Sara is continuously learning, training with live models and cadaver labs to refine her skills and bring the newest innovations back to her practice.
