Elva Policies and FAQs
Appointment Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Any arrival later than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and must be rescheduled.
All no-show appointments will be charged at 100%.
Any last minute cancellations within a 48 hour period are charged at 50%.
Makeup-Free Face for Facial Services:
For appointments involving work on your face, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
Removing makeup during the appointment will reduce your appointment time, potentially resulting in unfinished work or rescheduling at a fee.
Rescheduling due to this will also result in a 100% charge of the booked appointment and the additional appointment.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on any services, memberships, academy training, packages, or products.
Please contact management to discuss alternative solutions if needed.
Exchanges on new, unopened products are available within 7 days. Any damages occurring after leaving the store are the customer's responsibility.
Non-Refundable Deposits and Prepayments:
All deposits and prepayments made to Elva Beauty are non-refundable. This includes service deposits when booking an appointment, deposits for product purchase holds, and deposits for academy training registrations and products.
Lash Fill Requirements:
To be eligible for a lash fill, you must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining.
We do not offer fills on clients whose last fill was over 3 weeks prior to the appointment. If its been longer then 3 weeks please book a full set.
We offer extended fills. If you feel your lashes have less then the 40% required and you're still in the 3 week window, please book an extended fill.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for any appointment must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time, no later. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be done by phone call. Emails are not accepted as they are not monitored. Phone calls and voicemails left on closed days such as Sundays and Mondays are also insufficient as we are closed.
Same-Day Cancellations:
Any prepaid service appointment canceled on the same day within the 48-hour period or no-showed will result in the forfeiture of that session.
Rescheduling Classes:
Rescheduling for classes requires a 14-day notice and is subject to a $150 rebooking fee.
Once the fee is paid, you will be rescheduled for the next available training date.
Mini Fill Policy:
Mini fills are only applicable within 3-7 days after the initial appointment and only on work performed by our technicians.
Booking a mini fill for work done elsewhere will be charged as a regular fill.
Booking Accuracy:
Please exercise caution when booking online.
Ensure you select the correct location and verify the address from the drop-down menu in our booking system.
Input the correct city in your GPS for navigation and allow sufficient time for parking.
Credit Card or Visa/Debit on File:
We now require a credit card or visa/debit card on file to secure your appointment.
In case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, your card will be charged up to 100% of the service cost, depending on the service.
As an alternative, we can accept 100% deposits by transfer or phone payment before booking your appointment.
We cancel unconfirmed appointments within 24 hours of booking if they're not confirmed with a credit card online.
No deposit or card on file, no appointment.
Complaints or Concerns:
Any complaints or concerns after an appointment must be brought to the attention of the managing staff within 48 hours of the appointment. Please contact Elva directly at 289-689-2303.
Model Policy
Model that are receiving a free or discounted service consent to pictures and videos being taken for social media purposes.
WagJag & Groupon Policy
We require a credit card confirmation for your appointment for it to be booked and remain booked. You will receive a text from our booking app Fresha
requesting the confirmation. If the confirmation is not made the booking maybe cancelled.
If you book and do not show up to your appointment or cancel last minute we will process the transaction for the cost of the appointment before we can
rebook you. If the no-show transactions declines we will redeem your voucher online through wag-jag or Groupon.
Wagjag and Groupon do not pay business out until the vouchers are redeemed, this is why we require the confirmation. No exceptions.
Wagjag & Groupon appointments: Keep in mind that our staff that are booked a busy have many years experience do not accept vouchers as payment because they have built a strong clientele over the years. We book Wagjags and Groupons with newer employees and students who are still building their client base or working on their portfolio/expereince.
Late Arrival Fee:
If you are 10-15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be required for rescheduling the remaining appointments for the day.
